在低碳經濟浪潮中，以碳達峰和碳中和大考為基準的“車碳革命”，將為汽車產業發展帶來前所未有的新挑戰和新機遇。這場脫碳變革是顛覆性的，若企業跟不上趟，就可能被淘汰出局。碳排放悄悄排上了全球主流汽車企業及供應鏈企業的議事日程。汽車產業由此迎來新一輪技術與車碳商業革命。這場以碳達峰和碳中和為目標的脫碳變革是顛覆性的，且開始倒計時。車企是時候繪製自己的車碳經濟行動路線圖。

據報導，德國汽車巨頭大眾計畫最早在2033年停止生產歐洲車型的汽油和柴油發動機，以加速向電動汽車發展。各大汽車生產商也同時順應低碳潮流，據瞭解，大眾的競爭對手們也發佈了類似的碳中和目標：福特今年早些時候表示，到2030年將只在歐洲銷售電動汽車，並計畫花費10億美元將其在德國科隆的工廠改造成電動汽車生產線。捷豹路虎的目標是2036年，通用汽車則表示，將在2035年之前放棄內燃機汽車。奧迪上周表示，從2026年起，將只推出純電動汽車，到2033年將停止生產汽油和柴油汽車。

低碳目標也同樣進入各個大國的戰略目標。中國此前已經將低碳目標放入政府“十四五規劃”中，在去年9月，中國政府宣佈，2030年前二氧化碳排放力爭達到峰值，2060年前爭取實現碳中和；12月，又宣佈，到2030年，中國單位國內生產總值二氧化碳排放將比2005年下降65%以上，非化石能源占一次能源消費比重將達到25%左右。2021年4月22日，“氣候峰會”上，習近平主席指出，中國承諾實現從碳達峰到碳中和的時間遠遠短於發達國家所用時間，需要中方付出艱苦努力。

2021年3月，國家發改委先後兩次召開專家座談會，探討碳達峰與碳中和的頂層設計和碳排放核算摸底問題。基本共識是，時間緊、任務重，迫切需要做好頂層設計和統籌謀劃，科學設定不同階段的目標。根據規劃，到2021年，中國的汽車碳排放目標為117g/km。這意味著國內汽車行業的減碳進程也將逐漸系統化推進。

美國方面也同樣表態，到2030年美國碳排放量較2005年減少50%-52%，到2050年實現淨零排放目標。在前總統奧巴馬執政時，美國曾承諾到2025年將溫室氣體排放量較2005年水準減少26%-28%，而此次拜登的新目標則直接翻倍。

實現碳達峰和碳中和的時間表，也是汽車企業的減碳、脫碳進程表。目前，這個進程已從市場機制轉向法律法規和標準等強制性規制。整個汽車產業鏈企業被強制脫碳化轉型。
