7月10日，2021世界人工智慧大會（WAIC）在上海落下帷幕。自從2011年至今，隨著大資料、雲計算、互聯網、物聯網等資訊技術的發展，人工智慧已經逐漸應用於各個領域，它不僅給許多行業帶來了巨大的經濟效益，也為我們的生活帶來了許多改變和便利。

從本屆大會所揭示的人工智慧技術發展方向來看，人工智慧更聚焦實際場景，從自動駕駛、AI服務再到AI智造，人工智慧正在展現巨大的賦能潛力。自動駕駛仍然是頭號熱點，2021被稱為智慧汽車元年，自動駕駛和高級輔助駕駛都得到各方加碼。在WAIC現場，多家廠商推出的各種智慧駕駛新品百花齊放，都表明AI在自動駕駛領域迎來井噴式發展。華為在本屆大會上展示了其研發的華為ADS高級自動駕駛全棧解決方法。作為業內唯一實現車位到車位一鍵導航能力的解決方案，華為提供了從家庭車位往返公司車位的車道級連續導航通勤能力。

要實現可信AI，主要是兩個方面：一個是觀念的建立，再一個是技術的落地。“從2017年到今年，不同的白皮書都提出了可信的概念。我們在探討的過程中，把它彙聚成了四個方面的性能來度量‘可信’：穩定性、可解釋性、隱私保護性、公平性。有了這四個能力範疇之後，我們希望這四個能力能夠做到未來的明確責任，即人工智慧系統一旦出現問題的時候，我們需要定責，出現責任到底誰來承擔，以什麼樣的方式承擔，需要有明確的指標，這就是‘找到合適度量的方式度量可信人工智慧’。”

與此同時，區塊鏈技術對於時代的作用也是不容小覷。螞蟻集團副總裁、智慧科技事業群總裁蔣國飛表示，隨著產業協作的數字化浪潮到來，區塊鏈與AIoT、隱私計算等技術的融合，將成為智慧科技的未來趨勢，未來螞蟻鏈將全面推進‘區塊鏈+X’融合技術。據悉，今年是螞蟻鏈首次參與世界人工智慧大會，螞蟻鏈帶來了看得見摸得著的硬核區塊鏈科技——一體機概念機、4G/5G通信模組，以及首個歐洲杯區塊鏈獎盃。

隨著全社會的數字化轉型，我們越來越生活在一個數字化原生的時代，生活在一個人工智慧原生的時代。不僅基礎設施已經數字化了，而且人類的思考、控制甚至決策也外包給了演算法和人工智慧。當決策外包後，人工智慧首先要做的事情，就是如何證明自己是值得信賴的，但在沒有證明自己值得信賴之前，我們還是不敢將我們的決策和思考、控制移交給人工智慧的，所以，對人工智慧可信任的研究就形成了全球的共識。
