2021年，全球區塊鏈行業投融資市場火熱，無論是專業投資機構還是交易平臺均在頻繁出手，佈局DeFi、NFT等熱門賽道。零壹智庫統計數據顯示，該領域今年上半年共計發生543筆披露具體金額的融資專案，合計融資金額近770億元，平均單筆融資額高達1.42億元。值得一提的是，截至8月8日，今年已有30筆專案融資金額達上億美元。

區塊鏈作為前沿技術創新的代表，正在吸引資本的目光。零壹智庫統計數據顯示，今年上半年，全球區塊鏈行業共發生770筆融資，其中543筆披露了具體融資金額，合計融資769.5億元，無論是融資數量還是融資金額，均遠超去年同期。頭部創投機構紅杉中國今年也參與了3起區塊鏈行業的投資，領投SphereEx數百萬美元的天使輪融資，參投標信智鏈近億元A+輪融資和貝寶金融4000萬美元的A輪融資。截至目前，紅杉中國已參與14起區塊鏈行業投資，投資側重在區塊鏈底層技術和應用上。

從細分領域融資數量來看，DeFi、NFT等行業的應用最受資本方青睞，共計發生625筆融資，占比超81%。其中，DeFi賽道融資數量超200筆，拓展性技術及解決方案這一場景獲得97筆融資，占比12.6%；區塊鏈底層及基礎設施、產業服務及相關配套設施兩大場景融資次數相對較少，分別為21筆和27筆。

從融資輪次來看，上半年A輪及A輪以前融資共計發生724筆，戰略投資的占比最多。而B輪及B輪以後的融資數量上半年僅發生46筆。由於全球區塊鏈行業目前仍處於初級發展階段，融資主要集中於初創企業，距離中後期融資輪次還有一定距離，但上億美元的融資案例正逐漸增多。據記者不完全統計，上半年共有23筆融資達上億美元，主要聚焦於交易平臺、NFT等領域。與之相比，去年僅有5筆區塊鏈行業融資達到上億美元。

資本是市場最好的風向標，上半年區塊鏈行業的投融資情況直接反映了區塊鏈行業的熱點。NFT作為一種區塊鏈應用，為知識、版權和創意提供數位化價值載體，不僅對原有的知識產權問題提出解決方案，還構建了數字新生態下的數字資產交易新模式，既具備發展潛力，也展現出強大吸金能力。
