美国与中国的交手，由2018贸易战开始 ，步步升级，科技战、围剿华为、策划香港连串动乱、打击在美国上市的中企、禁制Tik Tok(字节跳动)与微信(并传出准备进一步禁制阿里巴巴 )、军事压迫、军售台湾等等。所发动的攻击，已经毫不留情指向中国的根。

以中国现在的经济体量，就好像一棵参天大树，枝叶繁茂、主干粗壮、各条支干亦坚实无比。怎样才能把它毁掉？当然霹雳战火是最快捷有效的方法。但美国不敢轻言开战。那，第二有效的方法，便是想方设法摧毁其根。

每个国家，政治、社会、法律、经济等各个层面，也有其根。

中国的政治制度与美国截然不同，美国多年来一直试图在从内部「和平演变 」中国，同时在国际间宣扬「中国威胁论 」，妖魔化中国形象。但中国。集权而有效的行政机制，将这些破坏性的因子挡于国门之外。因此美国难以触及中国这个政治之根。

而社会及法律之根，美国也难以深入触及。即使美国在中国内部不断培植「代言人」及建立明的暗的宣传渠道，多年来亦算卓有成效地让一批跪美派倒转枪头，攻击国家。但这些毕竟是少数，加上特朗普上台后美国双重标准的险恶面目不断浮现，各种不择手段的贸易战手段更是极好的国民教育。自断其建立多年的「民主 」、「自由 」、「法治」包装。社会及法律之根反而更不受其影响了。

而经济之根，则因为在全球化背景下与美国共生共长，所以更为容易受到美国影响及伤害。所谓三军未动，粮草先行。经济实力乃一切搏弈之根本，一旦落于下风，连吃饱都困难，那么争将会是无可避免之事。

因此，如何打击中国经济，如何把中国明星企业杀下马，如何把有科技含量可能或者已经威胁到美国科技霸权的中国企业消灭，则是经济之根的博弈上的重中之重。而在美国上市的中国企业，是中国企业里极为优秀的代表。这些企业中的大多数，在竞争中成长，是在全球进行市场经济征战洗礼下的精英。能把他们封杀，或至少让他们疲于奔命不能保持正常状态，则对中国经济之根会有严重影响。

因此特朗普要求中国在美上市企业的审计必须加入美国审计师事务所，否则便要退市。但一旦美国审计师事务所拿到中国企业巨细无遗的营业资料，会否转交给美国政府，制造所谓「证据」，诬蔑中国企业，轻则被罚巨款，「正常」则被集体提告或禁止营业，重则透过美国金融体系(SWIFT)冻结这些中国企业的资产及流动资金。这些事听起来流氓及匪夷所思，但谁也说不准2020年魔幻的美国政府何时会做出这种事来。

经过几十年的全球化交流及交接，现在几乎所有金融机构，尤其银行及大型投行，也接入到SWIFT平台。这个SWIFT平台为全球200多个国家超过11,000多家银行、证券机构、企业与客户提供交易及结算服务。

而在SWIFT平台上应用的主要货币为美元，因此说SWIFT平台是构成美元霸权重要的支柱，也可以说是让所有国家要看美国脸色行事的屠龙刀。因为掌控了美元结算，美国能透过截获目标对象的交易资金来控制其SWIFT交易。

以北韩为例，自从美国全面制裁它而将它从SWIFT除名后，其国家代码不再生效。北韩因此无法与国外银行进行支付及结算往来，因此其透过银行体系的外贸交易往来便算被终止了。 2003年，澳门汇业银行因为与北韩存在交易，又被SWIFT系统发现该些交易后，直接导致澳门汇业银行也被牵连受到制裁，发生挤兑，之后更不得不终止业务营运。

因此，只要世界一日仍存在美元霸权，或者某些国愿意闭关锁国，否则美国一旦终止其使用SWIFT平台，它们就会变成金融孤岛，支付体系被切断，完全没有办法与世界进行正常贸易。

因此近两年中国一直大力探索区块链及发展数字货币，并在2020年第三季火速在国内推出，本质上便是想重构一道国际及国内的支付网络，炼出自己的倚天剑，绕开美国的SWIFT平台。而2020年8月14日数字人民币试点的实施，很大程度上是为了应对美国所发起的根的搏弈，

中国手执倚天剑，并非为了与美国对砍。因为相信各位有看过倚天屠龙记的读者也记得，倚天剑屠龙刀一旦全力对砍，下场只会是两败俱伤。当然，一旦刀剑皆断，内里是否藏着另一本真经(九阴真经)、兵书(武穆遗书)，最终提升主角的武功，进入更高境界，这又是难以知晓的后话了。

但回心一想，已进入2020年，金融科技支配支付的世代，特朗普手上的，还真的是屠龙刀吗？还是已退化为一把大柴刀？
